  • How do I pay for my lesson tuition?
    • A debit or credit card must be on file in My Music Staff for automatic payment.
  • What happens if my payment is late?
    • Your lessons are paused until the tuition is brought current. Late fees may be assessed according to the payment policy.
  • Are you a provider with Ohio ACE?
    • No. I do not participate in the Ohio ACE or with any grant programs.
  • Do you offer flexible lessons or bi-weekly lessons?
    • No. I do offer single-session vocal consultations and audition prep for $75/hr.
  • What happens if I cancel a lesson or make-up with less than 24 hours notice?
    • The lesson is fully forfeited.
  • Who schedules make-up lessons?
    • Each student is responsible to schedule their own make-up lessons through their portal. 
  • How do I get in touch to ask questions?
    • Please email me. I no longer answer text messages due to volume and my schedule. 
  • How do I get accompaniments?
    • I try to provide accompaniments for students, however if there is not one available the student is responsible to either find one or hire someone to record the accompaniment for them. 
  • When are accompaniments recorded?
    • All accompaniments for vocalization exercises and songs are recorded during the lesson time.
